A collection of awards, treaties and substantive law
Investment Claims has been acquired by Oxford University Press.
Oxford University Press is pleased to become publisher of the Investment Claims site. Investment Claims brings together all publicly available investment arbitration decisions and awards. The collection includes over 300 arbitral awards and court decisions, and is updated whenever new awards become available. OUP is working with an international team of Editors and Contributors to develop the site. In the first phase of this development, we have re-launched the existing public site, providing a modern layout and publishing the awards as text PDFs, and the public site continues to provide free access to these and any new awards.
Alongside the public site, OUP will be launching a subscription site this summer. The Investment Claims subscription site will give access to a new database of fully searchable awards and treaties, together with peer-reviewed headnotes, relevant journal articles and recent OUP monographs dealing with investment disputes. The service will provide extensive linking between documents, together with advanced text and keyword searching, and searching by arbitrator and counsel. This will make the Investment Claims subscription service an invaluable resource for lawyers, academics, and professionals working in government, agencies, and international organisations with an interest in international investment disputes.
